As a result, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for digital content once access has been granted.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Study materials (PDFs, eBooks, notes)
- Online test series
- Recorded or live video sessions
- Strategic mentorship and guidance sessions
- Course bundles or subject-wise modules

3. Exceptions to the Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, we will verify and process the refund.
- Technical Issues: If a payment was made, but you are unable to access the purchased content and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 working days.

4. Course Modification or Discontinuation
Webly Digital reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue any course or module. In rare cases where a paid course is permanently discontinued, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
If you experience any deductions or failed payments via third-party payment gateways (UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.), please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. You may also contact the payment provider directly for assistance.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund-related dispute arises, our support team will review the request in accordance with this policy. Our decision will be final and binding.
